Use of the website implies the full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use described hereafter. These conditions of use may be modified or completed at any time, the users of the website are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

This website is normally accessible at all times to users. Interruptions for reasons of technical maintenance may however be decided by CIEL D’AZUR LABS, who will do their utmost to communicate beforehand the dates and hours of the intervention.

The website is regularly updated by Michel Touveron. Likewise, the legal notices may be modified at any time: they nevertheless oblige the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to check their content.

3. Description of services provided.
The purpose of the  is to provide information relative to all the activities of the firm.

CIEL D’AZUR LABS does its utmost to give as accurate information as possible on the website. However, it cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether by their doing or due to third party partners providing this information.

All the information shown on the website is given as an indication, and is likely to change. Moreover, the information on the website is not exhaustive. It is given subject to modifications having been made since they were put on line.

4. Contractual limitation on technical data.
The website uses JavaScript technology.

The website may not be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the website. In addition to this, the website user agrees to access the website using recent equipment, exempt of viruses and with an updated latest generation browser.

5. Intellectual property and forgeries.
CIEL D’AZUR LABS is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all the accessible elements on the website, specifically texts, images, graphics, logo, ions, sounds, software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website, whatever the means or process used, is forbidden, except on prior written agreement from: CIEL D’AZUR LABS.

Any unauthorized use of the website or of one of the elements contained therein will be considered as a forgery and may incur civil and criminal liability pursuant to the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limits of liability.
CIEL D’AZUR LABS may in no way be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the website, and resulting either from the use of equipment which does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

CIEL D’AZUR LABS may not also be held responsible for indirect damage (such as the loss of a market or loss of opportunity) consecutive to the use of the website.

Interactive areas (possibility of asking questions in the contact area) are available for users. CIEL D’AZUR LABS reserves the right to cancel, without prior notice, any content deposited in this area considered as a breach of the applicable legislation in France, specifically to the provisions regarding data protection. Where appropriate, CIEL D’AZUR LABS also reserves the possibility of taking civil and/or criminal action on the user, particularly in the case of messages of a racist, offensive, defamatory or pornographic nature, whatever the medium used (text, photo, etc.).

7. Management of personal data.
In France, personal data are specifically protected by Law No 78-87 of 6th January 1978, Law No 2004-801 of 6th August 2004; article L. 226-13 of the French Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24th October 1995.

When using the website, the following may be collected: the URL of links though which the user accessed the website, the user’s internet service provider, the user’s Internet Protocol address (IP).

Whatever the case CIEL D’AZUR LABS only collects personal information regarding the user for the requirements of certain services offered by the website. The user provides this information in full knowledge, specifically when he himself enters them. The user of the website is then informed of the obligation or not of supplying this information.

In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 et seq. of Data Processing Act 78-17 of all users have a right of access, rectification and opposition of their personal data, on their written and signed request, with a copy of the identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply must be sent.

No personal information of the user of the website is published, exchanged, transferred, given or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties without his knowledge. Only the eventuality of the acquisition of CIEL D’AZUR LABS and its rights would enable the transmission of said information to the eventual purchaser who would in turn be held to the same obligation as to the preserving and modification of the data regarding the user of the website.

The website is not registered with CNIL because it does not collect personal information.
The databases are protected by the provisions of the Law of 1st July 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of 11th March 1996 relative to the legal protection of databases.

8. Hypertext links and cookies.
The website contains a certain number of hypertext links towards other websites, set up with the authorisation of CIEL D’AZUR LABS. Nevertheless, CIEL D’AZUR LABS has no possibility of checking the websites visited using these links and consequently cannot bear responsibility for this.

Browsing on the website is likely to trigger the installation of cookies on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small file which does not allow the identification of the user, but which records information regarding the browsing of a computer on a website. The data thus obtained aim at making subsequent browsing on the website easier and are generally intended for various audience measurements.

Under Firefox: at the top of the browser window, click on the Firefox button and go to the  Options tab. Click on the Privacy tab. Set the Conservation rules to: use the personal parameters for the browsing history. Lastly, uncheck it to deactivate cookies.

Under Safari: Click on the menu pictogram (a cog) in the top right hand corner of the browser. Select Settings. Click on Show Advanced Settings. In the «Privacy and Security» section, click on Content Settings. In the «Cookies» section, you can block cookies.

Under Chrome: Click on the menu pictogram (three horizontal lines) in the top right hand corner of the browser Select Settings. Click on Show Advanced Settings. In the «Privacy and Security» section, click on Preferences. In the «Privacy and Security» tab you can block cookies.

9. Applicable law and assignment of jurisdiction.
Any litigation relating to the website shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
